Precautions
1. Try to reduce the position of the knife, that is, try to shorten the length of the tip exposed at the bottom of the chuck.
2. The chuck of the machine chuck is unstable, generates vibration, appropriately reduces the feed speed of the rotation speed, and checks whether there is any foreign matter in the chuck or whether the fixing device has any problem.
3. Adjust the ratio of speed to moving speed (should be adjusted by about 10:1). Reduce the rotation properly when used on the machine.
4. When the machining axis is inclined and the tool rotation path is arc-shaped (shaking occurs), use DIAL, GUAGE to check the verticality of the tool rotation. If the inclination is too large, replace or adjust the chuck to make it vertical.
5. When starting machining, slow (moving speed) starts, and then gradually increase the moving speed should not be too fast.
