Rotary Burrs also called debur, is a grinding tools used by Pneumatic or electric Grinder.
Usages:
For milling,deburring, break edges, trim process welding seams, and surface processing.
Applications: For High-alloy steels, non-rusting steels,acid-resistant steels,heat-resistant steels,diecasis,roughing
steels stainless steel, aluminium, light alloys, non-ferrous metals brass, copper, zinc, diecasts and plastics.
Manufacturing Features:
CNC FULLY GROUDING, Tolerance controlled at .005-.001mm
Made from Tungsten Carbide K20 Micrograin (hardness >90 HRC). Solid up to Ø 6 mm;
with steel shank welded to the burr startin from Ø 8 mm.
Sizes of the sha 6x40 mm or 6x100 mm (Long Series).
Nine different cut are available (Standard Single,Fine Single, Coarse cutter, Chip Breaker, Double-Cut(Cross)
Coarse Double-cut,Fine Double-Cut, Diamond Cut, Non-Ferrous-Aluminium Cut). <o:p>
All the burrs are available also with a Titanium Nitride coating (TiN), that makes them tougher reduces surface
friction or with Titanium Nitride and Aluminium coating (TiAlN), that makes the burrs frictionless and prevents binding.

☆Specification
Single-cut burrs are for general purpose work and provide good material removal.
Double-cut burrs produce smaller chips for greater operator control on applications such as stainless steels and ferrous materials.
Aluma-cut burrs have a wide flute design for easy stock removal without loading on applications such as nonferrous and soft materials.
Standard-cut burrs are widely uesed and leave a fine finish
Package details
(1) One plastic pipe packs one piece, 10 pieces per group.
(2) Use air bubble paper to encase the plastic pipes.
(3) Put goods encased with air bubble paper into the carton box.
