The production process consists of 5 major components:

The first step: mixing: Before mixing, the raw materials need to be ground into powder, and then mixed with other raw materials, the main ones are tungsten powder and cobalt powder.

1, Powder mixing workshop:

The second step: pressing, the mixed powder is weighed and put into a mold that has already been prepared and pressed.

2, Automatic pressing workshop:

The third step: sintering, the pressed products are placed in a sintering furnace and fired for 12-48 hours (different sintering times according to different grades of different products).
