HRC 65 2/4/6 Flute Tungsten Solid Carbide End Mills Blue NANO Coating
1. Description:
The edge is covered with ultrafine nano-coatings, which can directly process the heat-treated materials below 65 degrees with high-speed rough processing strip, reduce the number of tool changes, and improve the processing efficiency of machine tools.
The new fine tungsten steel base material has strong wear resistance and strength, and is specially used for milling cutters with high hardness.
The helix angle is 35 degrees, the front angle is large, and the edge is close to the mirror. It is more advantageous to reduce the milling resistance. The triangle design of the end face of the rear corner is adopted, and the rough processing strength is sufficient to solve the problem of tool collapse.
Super-large capacity chip removal has strong cutting, chip removal is more smooth, can achieve high efficiency processing, high precision and gloss of the workpiece.
